21jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or gambling losses resulting from technical malfunctions, provided that such malfunctions were not caused by 21jl's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
